This is a great idea, but I had two issues:
1) Blackberry Tour’s micro USB plug is located where the device covers it up. No ability to charge while resting in the cradle which is one of the main features.
2) I got electrical interence with the sound. There was no static, but a whining sound that sound like electrical intereference. That might just be based on my car’s set up, but it was unlistenable.
If you own a Blackberry where the charging plug is visible when it is in the standard case, AND you are willing to play around with the setup to find a setup with no sound interference, it could be a great solution. Looks cool, too.

The device is simple to use and setup. However when my blackberry is sending/receiving data it causes interferance. I do not believe this is the products doing, but rather the blackberry. It is fine with me because I turn off my connections in my blackberry and just use it to play music off my sd card and then the sound is great.

The major issue I had with this product is the hindrance it creates. I have a small car, and it will come in the way of the board commands and button, even the stick, so if you have a manual stick, you may want to think about it. The sound is not perfect, but close to (90% perfect with a small tiny noise in the background that you tend to forget with time).
Other than that, the design is very smart and the product works really well. One of these few items that I will be using and that I don’t regret buying. Very good buy.

As the other reviewer describes, all of the functions work fine with my VZW Droid. However, I have a few big problems with it.
1) Repeated blown fuse on cigaretter lighter. I imagine the circuitry is a little cheap.
2) Rubber seals do not prevent the arm from “rotating” on its axis in the cigaretter lighter. In fact, after a couple months of use, the rubber seals break.
3) The separate USB and audio cables are pretty ugly as they end up hanging all over the place.
I gave it two stars instead of one star because the FM transmitter worked surprisingly well for playing music as well as for making phone calls.
